Karma Meditation

Join this community class to cultivate kindness for both yourself and the world around you. Gain patience, move mindfully, and relax as you melt into your mat with a guided meditation or yoga Nidra.

moonlight Meditation

Join this 30 minute meditation practice to center yourself, relax your body and mind, and learn to focus on your breath. Meditation can help you to develop peace of mind to cope with stress and anger, and release tension from being stored in your body.

Slow the Flow down

By slowing the flow down you'll tap into the sensations happening in your body while practicing yoga poses, and move mindfully with your breath. Together we will build body awareness, reconnecting body to mind.
